State-of-the-art facility and machinery

We are equipped with some of the most efficient and advanced machineries for Injection Moulding to provide excellent quality and efficient service. We also have a state-of-the-art Tool Room along with well-equipped Quality Lab situated at our Parent Company Vasantha Tool Crafts Pvt. Ltd.

Mould Validation

• We use scientific injection moulding principles,in line with the industry standards to validate Moulds.

Quality Assurance

• We have Integrated Quality Management System in place- ISO 9001 : 2015 (QUALITY MANAGEMENT SYSTEM – QMS), ISO 14001 : 2015 (ENVIRONMENTAL MANAGEMENT SYSTEM - EMS) & ISO 45001 : 2018 OH & S (Occupational Health and Safety Assessment Series).

Production

• Production is carried out in cGMP environment at our state-of-the-art facility with high end closed loop microprocessor controlled fully automatic injection-moulding machines and special purpose machineries such as Hot Foil stamping, wadding, flip closing, assembly etc, to ensure consistent high quality components and related assemblies.

Mould Maintenance

• We follow and carry out timely, preventive and predictive maintenance with adherence to industry standards.

Design Center

• We are supported by a team of highly experienced design engineers at our Parent Company M/s. Vasantha Tool Crafts Pvt. Ltd.in producing world-class designs for production.
