The process of foiling using a hot foil stamping machine includes the design rendering in a foil etched onto a metal die. The die is then heated to high temperatures and the foil is eventually placed between the die and the surface of the plastic to be stamped. When the die is applied to the materials, the foil bonds to the surface thus producing the stamp.
Renuka Plasti Crafts houses highly sophisticated equipment to produce quality foils in a short time. Over the years, we have pushed forward the boundaries of the hot foil stamping process.
