Field of relevance: FMCG/Caps & Closures Hands-on experience in 3 Model generations of Plastic closures on Pro-e Hands on experience to convert 3 D Model to 2 D drawings with all dimensions.

Skills:

• A high degree of technical knowledge balanced with creative ability and hands-on approach, Knowledge of Industrial processes, Techniques and Standards.
• Skilled in latest Design Software 3D Modeling software such as Pro-e/Creo, 3-D Moldex, AutoCAD.
• Must have knowledge in Plastic Processing & Mould Designing.

Responsibilities:

• 1) Responsible to Conceptualize and Design:

• Lean Manufacturing Production Planning and controlling, Cost reduction process, Inventory management Manpower handling.

Responsibilities:

• 1) Taking care of overall production Planning activities.
• 2) Timely preparation of production work orders (PWO's) and distribution among the related department, PWO making (Estimation, planning, Resource indenting)
